The Daily Mile
This is a really fun and useful website to use when training for any race. You sign up like every website with a username and password, add a profile picture and start posting your runs. You can use simple posts with just the mileage and time or just how you felt. It's a really supportive network where you can post about other people's runs. It's basically a Facebook for running/biking/working out but without the Pillow Fights, Mafia Wars, Ads for hair removal and drama. If we all were "friends" it would show each others runs for the week as we go along and we can do small challenges each month like, "Everyone runs 10 miles a week or month" or something like that. It's surprisingly fun and motivating when you see Josh ran yesterday and I haven't run in three days. It gets me out of the house and run again when I see my friends are not as lazy as I am. :) So if you are up for it check it out and sign up! Its been really helpful for me in my training and thought it might help some of you out as well. Noah, Josh and I are on there now!!
If you have any questions on the website itself I may be able to help you so just ask!
